Open Question: I have to go to court on Thursday! i am very nervous.I need someone to tell me what they might say or do to me?
I was in walmart and i put two things of nail polish in my bag. I’m 17 and i got arrested for it. They took me to a jail and my parents bailed me out for $1000. There is no good reason for stealing but truthfully i don’t know what was going through my mind when i did it. I had the money to pay for it! i was being stupid! It may have been things that were going on at home but i am not going to mention that to a judge. He/She may think i’ll easily do it again. (Which I WONT.) But i am going to plead guilty. Tell them what i did at the store. And by the way i did not plan on stealing when i walked in the store. But in court i will tell them what i did. Plea guilty. And if he ask why i did it I will say, I was getting a car that month and i wasn’t thinking clearly and i thought that if i save money on these nail polishes i will have money left to put gas in the car and pay for insurance.” That’s what i am going to say. I know this sounds like I’m trying to get out of the situation but truthfully…I AM! I worry about things way too much and actually asked for an earlier court date so that it wouldn’t be so close to school. I just need someones take on this. I am a good student B average. And I kick myself everyday for doing something so dumb. I just want to know, What might they say? What questions will i been asked? How should i answer them? And What are they going to do to me?
I Deeply regret what i did and i have been talking with my counselor about this. I hope she’s there with me. I need all the support i can get. Thank You

Resolved Question: Do global warming deniers own home insurance?
When people buy a home for several hundred thousand dollars, they purchase home insurance, which costs several hundred dollars per year. It’s a logical step to protect your investment, even though most people never need it.
Yet global warming deniers seem unwilling to support a carbon cap and trade system which studies have shown will only cost the average American family in the ballpark of $100 per year – even less than home insurance in an effort to protect the entire global climate.
Although deniers don’t personally believe AGW is correct, most scientific experts do. I don’t believe anything bad will happen to my house, but I have home insurance.
Do you think global warming deniers are the type of people who don’t buy insurance?

This last week I ended up calling in Sick to work 2 days in a Row.I was hoping to only miss 1 day at work ,but next day woke up feeling even worse(Stomach Flu)I miss a day maybe every few months,but I still worry I will get into trouble for calling in Sick,but my company just sent out a memo that said if your sick you need to stay home,however they may require a Docters note .Even though we have insurance I am not likely to go to my Docter unless I am in an emergency situation.Having a Stomach Virus is not something I will see Docter about unless it goes on more than a few days.Do you think its right that the company is asking for a Docters note for being out 2 days,and even though its a 2 day absense ,should it be counted as 1 absense or 2.Last year I missed 9 days work due to illness,what is the average days missed from work(the thing with my Job is they always find someone to replace me if needed).But I still worry about getting written up.
