Open Question: how do I file a complaint. The local office refuses to give me a complaint form or loss form.?
We sent five packages on Dec 7. The tracking sheet shows 4 of the 5 delivered. One keeps saying wrong address. We gave them the apt # and phone number of the recipient. Still claiming wrong address although one package mailed the same day to the same address was delivered. It is a huge condo complex with an office. The street address is correct. They say my daughter moved, among other strange claims.

Three were sent to another address. UPS tracking says all three delivered. The recipient says she only got two.

In the local Tulsa office, I Showed the tracking sheet which has many inconsistencies Brent refused to look at it as “tracking sheets mean nothing.” He also refused to give me a complaint form as they
don’t exist. I asked for a loss form. Refused claiming packages were not lost. If UPS says they were delivered, what options do I have? I guess small customers who paid for insurance just have to accept the loss. this cannot be right. Looks like my family will not have packages in time when they were sent Dec. 7.

I called the number for tracking and the clerk told me to pick them up. I live in Tulsa, not Tempe or Livonia Michigan. When I asked for a supervisor, she transferred me back to the holding after I had held for twenty minutes as documented on my cell.

I am out of options.

Resolved Question: On friday Oct. 30th, both my bathrooms in my condo unit got flooded due to a clogged drain in the building whe?
On friday Oct. 30th, both my bathrooms in my condo unit got flooded due to a clogged drain in the building somewhere. The plumbers were already there fixing a busted pipe in the building. when the bathrooms flooded, we couldn’t stop the water in time and it ruined the carpets in both bedrooms and caused some other damage totaling around $4500. The plumbers rotted out the clogged drain and went home. My wife and I spent the next four hours cloroxing and lysoling everything. the water was coming out of the shower’s drains and toilets. The next morning, the same thing happened because apparently the plumbers didn’t unclog everything because they still found it clogged.

Anyway, I called my insurance and after coming out and taking a look, they refused to cover it because of an exclusion in the policy saying they don’t cover water damage caused by sewer or drainage backup.

I then called the condo insurance to come take a look. And after they did, they also refused to cover me because the condo’s deductible was $5,000, which was obviously more than my total damage.

So my question is: what do I do now? Do I ask the condo association to cover the damages? and if they don’t, then sue them? what do I do?
