Voting Question: Insurance for Temporary Small Business?
Two college friends and I are starting up a small Home Inventory and Computer Maintenance business for the summer. We would be taking digital photos and videos of people’s houses and/or working with their computers. To protect ourselves we are looking at liability insurance. Unless things change, we don’t intend to continue the business after the summer because of college. Does that change what is available to us? Does anyone have any recommendations for places to look (based in Purcellville Virginia)? And does anyone know what kind of premiums we should be expecting?

Voting Question: Sister became the executor of the will, estate, Seems she thinks every thing is hers. Legal theft let me know?
My mother became very ill. My brothers and I were very close with my mom. So against better judgement we informed my sister of her sickness my sister was the last to know, as my mother did not want her there. My sister flew in took up residents in my mothers home and would not leave. At this point. My sister convinced my mother to change the will in the hospital to make her the executor and to add her to the bank accounts so she could pay the bills. Then she got a power of attorney saying she needed it to hook up cable in the nursing home. Now it gets good at this point she goes to the bank with her husband a now Top guy with the FBI a former superintendent with the state police and the former international chief,,, of the international chiefs of police also known as the Top Cop. Both my sister and the Top Cop cleaned out her safety deposit box before my mother died both signed their name to enter at the bank. With the power of attorney changed the life insurance policy that was to cover the funeral bill. Ran up a funeral bill of around $ 15,000.00 bill then stiffed the funeral home also my mother’s close friend. Bank records show my mother had plenty of money to cover this bill plus the life insurance policy. But when my mother died my sister said that became her money not in the estate. Next she does the inventory says the estate is worth $ 3,500.00 dollars no money to pay final bills. Then sent rightful heirs a few small trinkets gave away pictures valuables to her own siblings fires my mothers Estate attorney gets her own attorney. Files a claim against the estate for over $ 29,000.00 for all her work plus the funeral home has a claim for over $ 12,000.00 This is on an estate that she claims there was $ 3,500,00 worth of assets no cash or life insurance. With the aid of the Top Cop who was on the job working and getting paid by you and me to serve and protect.
The house is in all the siblings name not in the estate. Locks were changed so know one would steal anything I guess, (Ha) to LATE Yes we have a attorney. But she refuses (objects) to do a discovery of assets. My sister knows they won’t throw A FBI wife in jail For fraud, contempt, Theft, Perjury, after all her husband was the former Top International Police Chief, a Former State Police Superintendent. He ( Top Cop) was also named in a million dollar law suite that aired on 60 minutes and had not worked there a even a year. Oh ya . The rest of the siblings have been locked out. We have Ask for the keys to inspect our house not happened yet over a year past by. So if you read this and your Ethical Person of power forward this on to someone who does not mind Cleaning up our Goverment employees. And the plot does thickens. I just can’t type anymore. So the Question what would you do Knowing this. Police are not going to help, you will probably get arrested if you enter your own home. Even if you have paper work to prove it.
In the mean time she uses the home as a second home, runs up Utility bills etc. and does nothing, seems she does not have to so far. Please don’t give the answer get an another attorney we have one. Oh ya this is not my sisters first time doing this. She Stole from my Mothers only living uncle while my mother was sick with cancer. Power of attorney changing titles same thing only stole from my mother this with the aid of Top Cop. This is not a bash on the Men and Women of the Police Force My mother was Police Officer herself,very honest, never late on a bill and would rise from the grave choke her daughter if she could.

I need to get a intern ship or small job at a law firm. How should I go about this? What is the best way to get a good paying starting job in a law firm?
