Voting Question: I own a house but found the house of my dreams.?
I found the house of my dreams and can afford it easily. My problem is that I have a mortgage on my current home. The homeowner wants to sell his house ASAP, wants to close in 30 days and will not take a contingency to wait to sell my house. I loved this house so I took off the contingency which I am willing to pay 2 mortgages until I sell my house which I think would take about 3 months. My problem is that because I will have 2 mortgages, I get a great rate but extremely high payment becasue of PMI and risk insurance. My husband and I also have great credit. Any advice?
