Open Question: CCTV Drainage Surveys?
I have been advised by my surveyor to have a CCTV Drainage Survey carried out on a property I am planning to buy due to the poor condition of drainage systems in domestic homes and commercial buildings.
Can anybody confirm if this is a common requirement. I am told that insurance companies WILL NOT pay out for any defects if they are discovered after the house is sold leaving me with an expensive repair bill.
